TaxiPay doesn't charge any fee to the driver partners. However, if you are not using the terminal, we may ask you to return it.
TaxiPay offers 1% commission on every transactions for our driver partners on both terminal and tap to pay devices.
INSTANTLY - TaxiPay offers multiple settlement methods including cash pickup, bank account and TaxiPay card. You can decide whenever you want to cash-out and whichever method you like your earnings to be deposited into.
If you lost something in a taxi using TaxiPay, contact us with the trip date, time, drop-off location, items lost, and receipt reference number. We'll do our best to help you recover it.

Non-cash payment transactions in taxis and limousines have a surcharge plus G.S.T. regulated by State Governments. This is used to recover reasonable costs for providing the payment service. This surcharge is capped at 5%.
