This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the TaxiPay application and related services (“Service”) provided by TaxiPay Pty Ltd (“TaxiPay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TaxiPay, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
License Grant
TaxiPay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful business purposes.
Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use the Service only for lawful business activities.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the Service.
- Use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TaxiPay systems.
Data and Reporting
TaxiPay provides reporting, transaction management, settlement tracking, and operational tools for taxi and hire car businesses. While we strive to ensure accuracy, users remain responsible for verifying financial and operational information.
Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, logos, content, and intellectual property associated with TaxiPay remain the exclusive property of TaxiPay Pty Ltd.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. TaxiPay does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxiPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
Termination
TaxiPay may suspend or terminate access to the Service if users violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
Changes to this Agreement
TaxiPay may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
